The registration unlock program contained within Iowa Support Master requires that you enter your firm name exactly the same as when you purchased the program, for that reason, we have some simple advice. Keep it simple. When we say exactly, we mean commas and periods as well.

If your firm name is Jones, Smith, Barney, Able & Rock LLC - when you order the program, just use Smith Law Firm. When the program arrives, you will find it much easier to register and unlock the software.

If your firm name has changed during the program year, you will need to contact us and provide us with the new firm name. We will then correct our records and provide you with a new registratin code. To reconfigure your license, once you receive the new code, open Iowa Support Master. Click on "About" and look for the link that says "reconfigure license." Once you click to reconfigure, you will then need to enter the new code we provided to you.

Add a new lawyer? Return to the Help page and pay for adding another lawyer. Once we receive notification of your purchase, we will send you a new code. This will require a reconfiguration of your license. To reconfigure your license, once you receive the new code, open Iowa Support Master.
