UNLOCK AND INSTALLATION ISSUES:

If you are having problems installing the program and getting it to unlock, you must insert your firm name exactly the same as you used when you registered. If you cannot remember your firm name for registration, check your Email history. Complete instructions with your regisration were included in the automated Email. If you cannot find the Email, click here to send us an Email. Instructions will be sent to you within 24 hours. (Check your spam filters).
Re-install the program: Click here.
REGISTRATION CODE LOST: Check your EMail folder. If you cannot find it, check your spam filter. If all else fails, send us an Email and request a replacement code.
LOST DATA FILES: If you did not backup your data files, we cannot help you with that. Always, always back up your files. There are programs on the market that you can purchase to backup your data. Back them up to CD-Rs, USB storage devices or to a second hard drive. We use additional hard drives. We recommend Acronis. Click here for more information.
