Problem is that you don't believe you received the Email from us with download and unlock instructions.

Trouble Shooting: If you have trouble receiving your Inbox Verification E-mail, try the following:
Wrong Address: Make sure you supplied the correct e-mail address when you purchased the program. If you cannot remember, contact us.
Junk Mail Filter: Make sure that the E-mail did not get filtered into the junk mail folder of your e-mail application.
Blocked by ISP: In some cases e-mails may be accidentally blocked by anti-spam technology used by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Contact your ISP and ask them if they are blocking e-mail sent by Alft & Wilson Publishing.
Contact Us: If you are still unable to receive the E-mail, Contact Us

MSN AND HOTMAIL USERS: If you have been using an msn or hotmail e-mail please use a different e-mail to contact us as this service may block our e-mail. They use spam filters and the filters often interpret valid Emails to be spam.

Comodo AntiSpam Users: If you are using this product, our Emails to you will be blocked. Since the Email to you is automated, we do not have the ability to log in and bypass this program. We would not recommend the use of this product.

SPAMCOP USERS: If you are using spamcop our replies may be blocked. You will need to contact us using another e-mail domain please.

INSTALLATION NOTES: Go to:  web address to download the Iowa Support Master.  Click OPEN or RUN on the next window to install.   You should install this program to computers which can be connected to the internet for updates.   Important - throughout the year the Iowa Support Master will automatically search for any available updates each time the program is run.  Any updates during the year are free and sometimes critical to keep your software current and accurate.  

NETWORK INSTALLATION: This program will not run from a network server however client data files can be shared and saved on the network from within the program.  This program should be installed locally to work stations connected to the internet for updates.  This software is designed to automatically look for existing updates each time the program is run.  If you install to work stations NOT connected to the internet, you will need to re-download and reinstall this installation software on that PC.
