Problem is that your firm name has changed and you need to change the registration name on the program.

Send an Email to patrick-wilson@hotmail.com with your old and new firm name. I will then send you a new registration code by Email. Please make sure you check your spam filter if you don't receive it.

If you want to fix it fast, you can follow the image below and I can send you the name/code without a download link. You would need to double click on your "My Computer" icon then double click on the "C" drive then double click on the "2008 Iowa Support Master" folder.
