Problem is user needs to reinstall or use an older version of Iowa Support Master

You have to download the program you seek, we don't mail media for old versions.

Click here for the 2007 version.

Click here for the 2006 version.

Click here for the 2005 version.

If you have the 2005 version on your computer, you can reactivate it by following these instructions:

Double click on your "My Computer" icon.

Double click on your "C:" drive.

Double click on the "Program Files" folder.

Double click on the 2005 Iowa Support Master folder.

Find the Ismreactivate.txt and double click on it to open it.

Change the "0" to the number "1" and the click on File/Save at the top.

You are good to go.
