Problem related to not receiving Email with unlock code.
Our Email to you is automated. It was sent to the Email address you provided when you registered and ordered the program. Some Internet providers use spam filters to stop certain Emails from getting to your in-box. Iowatelecom.net is an example. If your Email is through iowatelecom.net, you will not receive our Email. When this happens, we suggest you contact the support department of your provider as we cannot circumvent their filters.
You may be able to log-in at your Internet service provider's site and shut off the filters. If not, call their technical support line for assistance. Ask them to shut off the spam filters. Some email service providers will place the email in a Junk, Bulk Mail or SPAM folder. Make sure you check those folders. See our response to the question above.
