Judges of the Iowa Supreme Court, Iowa Court of Appeals and Iowa District Court, their law clerks and court reporters may download Iowa Support Master without charge. Iowa Support Master is not provided free of charge to associate district court judges or judicial magistrates.

If you don't have the current version of Iowa Support Master on your computer, please click the link below for the ISM registration page. Enter the information requested. Make sure you include your judicial E-mail address. We will send you a link to download Iowa Support Master free of charge.

Judicial E-mail addresses are provided to the State Court Administrator for compliance checks pursuant to our license agreement with the State of Iowa.

2008 Concerns:

Forms print "Prepared by ICIS" - the registration information was via instructions from ICIS. If you want to change this, Email us ( ismsales@mchsi.com ) and we will provide you with these instructions along with your special registration code. Once you receive your code, follow these steps:

1. Go to My Computer.

2. Double click on your C: drive.

3. Locate the 2008 Iowa Support Master folder and double click on it to see the files.

4. Select and right click “Delete” the ‘ISMREG” file.

5. Exit out of My Computer.

6. Double click on the 2008 Iowa Support Master icon to start the program.

7. You will then enter your special registration code per instructions from us.
