Your Word Processor Does Not View Our Documents

The Iowa Support Master usually works great with most word processors.

If your word processor does not automatically view docments, try reinstalling your word processor.

If you can't reinstall or if the problem persists, use a different word processor.  We have included a free word processor called Atlantis Nova.  The installation file is on your CD or you can download it here at http://awism.com/atlant10n_en.exe.

WordPerfect?
Older versions of WordPerfect may not automatically load and may ask you to click to perform document conversions.  Ouch!  We highly recommend upgrading to WordPerfect version 9 or newer where they fix this problem and the documents load automatically.  Older versions of WordPerfect on some computers may also be quite slow.  Using Microsoft Word or Atlantis will work very fast in comparison.

How to change your word processor used by the Iowa Support Master

• In the program, hold your mouse over FORMS-PRINT.  In the pop-up menu click on PRINTING HELP & SETUP.
• Click on the SELECT A DIFFERENT WORD PROCESSOR button.
• Click on the word processor you would like to use.
