Problems getting the program up-to-date on computers that are not connected to the Internet.

First, you must have a computer connected to the Internet. That computer needs either a CD burner or you need a portable USB device.

Download the version of Iowa Support Master that you need and make sure you save the download file to your desktop so you can easily find it when the download is finished.

Copy the downloaded program to a blank CD-R or to a USB storage device then simply take it to your other computers. Re-installing the program on a computer that has already had the program on it will not remove, delete or alter your saved files.

The program has a feature built in to update. You should click the "Update" link found on the main page of the program to make sure you are using the current version of Iowa Support Master.
