Guidelines Rule 9.5(2)(h)
This rule was amended effective January 1, 2022. Cash medical support actually paid pursuant to an order for other children may be deducted. "Cash medical support and prior obligation of child support actually paid pursuant to court or administrative order for other children not in the pending matter." Rule 9.5(2)(h)
There must be an order and the party must be paying it to get to deduct it. The party is not allowed to deduct amounts paid that go toward delinquent debt.
