2010 PROGRAM ORDER AGREEMENT WITH ALFT & WILSON PUBLISHING

Buyer agrees that he/she is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa. Buyer understands that Iowa Support Master is licensed and limited for use by the lawyers named in my order for Iowa Support Master 2010. Buyer understands that non-lawyer staff employed by me are authorized to use the software under my supervision and direction and are bound to these same license terms.

I am purchasing a license to use the Iowa Support Master software and all included forms for the program year 2010. This license expires on January 1, 2011 unless express written authorization is granted to me by Alft & Wilson Publishing. I understand that my license to use the 2009 Iowa Support Master program expires on January 1, 2010 and that I will not be allowed to continue to use it unless I purchase the 2010 program. This is in accordance with the license, terms of use.

I represent that I will use Iowa Support Master and the forms produced and provided by Alft & Wilson Publishing for my law office practice. I agree that I will not allow the reproduction, publishing, altering or distribution of Iowa Support Master and/or the forms produced by Iowa Support Master, in whole or in part, for sale or other use by any other lawyer, person or firm outside of my law office. Iowa Support Master and all forms produced by the program and/or provided by Alft & Wilson Publishing are a copyright of Alft & Wilson Publishing and are protected under the copyright laws of the United States, Title VII of the United States Code. I agree not to alter or remove the copyright notice printed on any form or document produced by Iowa Support Master or provided by Alft & Wilson Publishing as a part of their "Free Forms."
